$5,000 Goal

REACH’s mission is to create opportunities for all people to thrive by developing and promoting equitable access to quality, affordable homes, supportive services, and community. Our focus includes affordable housing development and management, support services that increase the economic stability of our residents, and free home repairs and accessibility upgrades for low-income senior and disabled homeowners.

REACH's work is part of the larger systemic need for family and neighborhood stabilization and mitigating the effects of gentrification. With our mission in mind, part of our strategic plan is to increase high- barrier applicants housing acceptance rate and advance towards becoming an affirming and transformative equity organization. These goals align with meeting the needs of serving households with complex disabling conditions in supportive housing. We have a long history of serving individuals exiting homelessness and assisting in addressing barriers to enable successful housing outcomes.

We recognize that providing safe, affordable housing is not enough. Residents face financial and social barriers to maintaining housing stability. REACH works to build systems that support and enhance housing stability, prevent loss of housing, and create an environment that encourages people to engage in community activities and access health and wellness resources.
