The primary mission of the tea festival is to connect people and enrich lives through tea, by providing a diverse range of educational and cultural experiences.

Since its beginnings in 2008, the Northwest Tea Festival has been a unique gathering of tea lovers, fanatics, providers and consumers. Over the two days of the festival, tea is discussed, dissected, tasted, debated, amplified, and reduced to its basic elements. Festival attendees are presented with a number of opportunities to sample dozens of teas provided by vendors, the Tea Bar, and at focused workshops. Attendees are also able to attend presentations on tea and expand their knowledge, experience, and enjoyment of this wonderful beverage.

The Northwest Tea Festival is the primary program of Puget Sound Tea Education Association, a not-for-profit 501c3 organization. This year, as a way to help offset rising operational and program costs, PSTEA invites supporters to make a gift of financial support as part of the GiveBIG campaign. All donations are tax deductible within the requirements and rules that apply to your tax status.

Thank you for your support, and see you at the festival in September!
