One in seven adult Americans has chronic kidney disease and many don’t know it. When the disease progresses to stage five—kidney failure—regular dialysis treatments or a kidney transplant is needed to survive.
The emotional, physical and financial challenges associated with a chronic kidney disease diagnosis can be overwhelming for patients and their families. Many patients need to change what they eat, attend thrice-weekly dialysis treatments, and adjust to living with a chronic illness.
We’re here to make that journey as smooth as possible.
As a patient-centered, community-based nonprofit, we are committed to providing life-sustaining dialysis care and support services for people living with kidney failure, while also educating the greater community on ways to prevent kidney disease from developing in the first place.
Your gifts enable us to enhance the quality of life of people living with chronic kidney disease through:
High-quality, compassionate, life-sustaining dialysis care
Nutritional supplements and support for malnourished patients
State-of-the art equipment and facilities to ensure patient safety and comfort
Educational programs for patients and the broader community to support kidney health
It’s very possible to live a full life with kidney disease. But patients need support—from their friends and family, their care team and the community.
There’s a good feeling we get when we show up for others, whether it’s a family member, a neighbor or a local nonprofit we care about.
We’re asking you to show up for kidney patients. We couldn’t provide the care and services we do without support from people like you. Your gifts help our patients have a better quality of life—it’s as simple as that.
By giving today, you are making a positive difference in the lives of our patients.
