Project Positive Change (Project PC) is a nonprofit rooted in the Stanwood-Camano community with a mission to bring healing, resilience, and connection to those who serve and those who support them.
We focus on veterans, first responders, their families, and community members who are navigating the challenges of trauma, stress, or major life transitions. Our Camano Island Positive Change Center serves as a gathering place where people can heal together, build resilience, and find hope.
Through our programs, we offer:
Holistic healing practices such as sound therapy, mindfulness, and herbal support
Community-based support groups that reduce isolation and strengthen connection
Hands-on restoration projects in gardening, woodworking, and creative arts
Workshops and education that empower mental wellness and self-care
We believe healing happens best in community. By walking beside one another, we create the conditions for lasting positive change.
