Nickelsville is a place where homeless and formerly homeless people create safety, stability, and community together. Our mission is simple: to help people survive homelessness with dignity and compassion, and to help everyone, both housed and unhoused, understand what causes homelessness and how we can solve it together. Nickelsville currently operates two self-managed, democratically run Tiny House Villages, with a third one uderway.
Your donation directly supports village life:
Keeping homes safe, warm, and well-maintained
Supplying essential hygiene and sanitation items
Repairing and strengthening infrastructure
Supporting the development of Brighton Village, our newest Tiny House Village. We’re currently preparing the site, installing utilities, and getting ready to welcome new participants in the near future
Nickelsville proves that when people have the power to run their own communities, they can create safety, dignity, and stability for each other. With Brighton Village on the way, your support means even more people will have a real alternative to life on the streets.
We all know this work is important because without shelter, people die.
Thank you for standing with our villages and being a part of the solution to the homelessness crisis we are facing here in Seattle.
Nickelsville is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization registered in Washington State and operating in the City of Seattle.
