Description
Founded in 2008 by Phil Crean and Cora Edmonds, Namaste Children's Fund (NCF) is a Seattle-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting quality education, particularly for women and children in rural and underserved regions of Nepal. NCF believes that education is key to breaking the cycle of poverty and our organization focuses our efforts on educating girls from rural areas. Empowering girls through proper nutrition, bi-lingual schooling, health information and services spurs strong physical, social and economic growth in their communities, leading to transformational changes for the girls and their families, society and future generations.
