Founded in 1992, the Mount St. Helens Institute (MSHI) connects people of all ages to the wonder and story of Mount St. Helens. Through science, education, and exploration of volcanic landscapes, we create opportunities that inspire discovery, stewardship, and a lasting connection to our natural world.
