Methow Valley Trails Collaborative

A nonprofit organization

$600 raised by 9 donors

The Methow Valley Trails Collaborative builds and strengthens relationships among trail managers, advocates, and user groups to support and enhance sustainable trail experiences in the Methow Valley. We work with all land managers and trail users to ensure sustainable trail access for users ranging from snowmobilers to backpackers.

In the summer, we employ a professional trail crew and facilitate community work parties to address annual and deferred trail maintenance. Our crews have logged out hundreds of miles of trails from the Pasayten Wilderness to the popular Heather Maple loop on SR-20, and replaced critical trail bridges.

Ongoing cuts to land managers' budgets have made our work more important than ever. Due to those budget cuts, donations are more vital than ever to maintain access to safe, sustainable recreation on public lands. MVTC is committed to working with all our partners to sustain trail access. We hope you will support our work through GiveBig.
