Description

Master Chorus Eastside has been making imaginative, exploratory, joyful music in the suburbs east of Seattle since 1991. From semi-staged choral/orchestral masterworks to our Sound Imaginarium series to our annual Celebrate America concert, MCE always surprises, delights and entertains with well crafted music and informative commentary by our talented director, Dr. Linda Gingrich. Now celebrating our 33rd season, we are preparing our Christmas concert, Ceremonies of Carols, featuring Britten's much loved A Ceremony of Carols for chorus and harp, and Conrad Susa's delightful Carols and Lullabies: Christmas in the Southwest, for chorus, harp, guitar and percussion. 2024 opens with Sound Imaginarium: It's About Time on March 17, a musical dive into the many-sided facets of Time, followed on May 19 by Our Island Earth, an exploration of our planet and its environment. We finish, as always, with our popular Independence Day Celebration on June 30 at historic Pickering Barn, Issaquah!  See Upcoming Events menu link above and our website for time and locations.
