Produced by MAP Theatre at Seattle Open Arts Place

FOR SALE: A home rich in history and teeming with stories. The kids think it's haunted, but the grown-ups know better.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After last year's deliciously creepy, poignant and also hilarious production of KCB's Blood Countess, MAP is partnering again with beloved Seattle playwright Kelleen Conway Blanchard.
  • We only have one opening night per year, and this is it!
  • It's going to be MAP-tastic: dark, funny, evocative.
  • Every ticket will be Choose-Your-Own-Price, just like we've done since 2013.
Mission
MAP Theatre distills stories to their root humanity, striving to generate greater empathy in the world.
MAP relishes the creative journey from process to product, finding strength and satisfaction in a collaborative environment in which all team members are inspired equally to serve the story and nourish each other's growth.
MAP Theatre believes in:
-Quality over quantity
-Elevating the work of local artists
-The power of shared experiences
-Building relationships with our current and potential audiences
-Transparency with the artists we work with
-Comedy with consequences: because life is hard but also hopeful.
-MAP shows being the be start of the conversation, not the end.
-Access to live theatre for everyone. Therefore, MAP champions a Choose-Your-Own-Price ticketing model.
-A fundraising model is that relational rather than transactional. We foster personal connections with those who support us.
Recognition
MAP Theatre is able to receive charitable donations through fiscal sponsorship provided by Shunpike.
MAP is a partner company of Seattle Open Arts Space.
