BUILDING PATHWAYS FOR THE LEADERS OUR REGION NEEDS

For more than 40 years, Leadership Tomorrow has been building something rare in the Puget Sound region: a cross-sector community of leaders who are genuinely invested in each other and in the places they call home.

Leadership potential exists everywhere. Access to leadership development isn't a given. Your donation helps change that. Leadership Tomorrow's tiered tuition model and financial aid make it possible for leaders from across backgrounds, sectors, and career stages to find their place in this community. This year, we expanded that commitment with two new programs: LT Elevate, for emerging professionals ready to build foundational leadership skills, and LT Project LEAD, a dedicated pathway for BIPOC professionals pursuing board leadership.

This GiveBIG, we're raising $5,000 to help sustain the program model that makes all of it possible. When individual donors support the organization, we can keep tuition accessible and keep the door open — for the emerging leader who couldn't otherwise afford it, and for the experienced leader ready to bring their voice to a boardroom.

The tiered tuition and financial support we offer aren't separate line items — they're built into how we operate, and they're only sustainable because donors like you invest in the organization behind them. When you give to Leadership Tomorrow, you're helping sustain a model where a BIPOC professional stepping into board leadership for the first time, and an early-career emerging leader building their management skills, can both find a place here — at a cost that reflects what they can actually afford.
