Jill's Farm Animal Rescue

Mission

Sanctuary, Education, Advocacy. Jill's Farm provides sanctuary to abused, neglected and abandoned farm animals. The Farm also accepts farm animals whose owners can no longer care for them. Some of the animals may be rehomed.

Jill's Farm is active in the community, offering educational visits to schoolchildren to learn about farm animals. Jill's Farm may also engage in letter writing to congress to support Bills that promote humane treatment of farm animals.

Description

Jill's Farm is located on Vashon, a small island in the Puget Sound. The area is mostly rural. The Farm specializes in rescuing fowl, including all types of chickens, turkeys, ducks and geese. The Farm also rescues goats and sheep. On occasion, the farm has helped to find suitable new homes to miniature horses and donkeys, heritage cows and Kune Kune pigs. Come for a visit!
