Island Senior Resources is the largest private nonprofit serving essential needs of older adults, their families and caregivers across Island County. When aging challenges impact your life, family, or friends, Island Senior Resources is here to help.

We provide essential resources for older adults, their families, and caregivers throughout Island County. We are the only private nonprofit in northwest Washington that provides the array of resources we do.

Island Senior Resources is an independent nonprofit 501(c)(3) that has been serving Island County since 1972. Island Senior Resources is the trade name for Senior Services of Island County.

Our programs and services include Meals on Wheels, Community Meals, Resources & Coaching, Medicare Benefits Counseling, Medical Transportation, Medicaid In-home Care, Support Groups, ISR Connects, Caregiver Support, a Medical Equipment Lending Library, and more.

We rely on community support to sustain our programs and strengthen our community.
