Serving Whidbey and Camano islands

Island Senior Resources envisions an interwoven community in which aging adults and those who care for them are supported to live with dignity.

Our mission:  Island Senior Resources seeks to share the joys and help meet the challenges of aging in our Island County communities by providing integrated programs and services.

We provide essential resources for older adults, their families, and caregivers throughout Island County. We are the only private nonprofit in northwest Washington that provides the array of resources we do.

Island Senior Resources is an independent nonprofit 501(c)(3) that has been serving Island County since 1972. Island Senior Resources is the trade name for Senior Services of Island County.

Our programs and services include Meals on Wheels, Community Meals, Resources & Coaching, Medicare Benefits Counseling, Medical Transportation, Medicaid In-home Care, Support Groups, ISR Connects, Caregiver Support, a Medical Equipment Lending Library, and more.

We rely on community support to sustain our programs and strengthen our community.

We have a Platinum Seal of Approval from Guidestar.
