Island Senior Resources is the largest private nonprofit serving essential needs of older adults, their families, adults with disabilities, and caregivers across Island County. When aging challenges impact your life, family, or friends, Island Senior Resources is here to help.

We provide essential resources for older adults, their families, and caregivers throughout Island County. We are the only private nonprofit in northwest Washington that provides the array of resources we do.

Our programs and services include: 

  • Nutrition Programs: Meals on Wheels & Community Meals
  • Aging and Disability Resources & Coaching
  • Medicare Benefits Counseling
  • Medical Transportation
  • Connections to Resources for Medicaid In-home Care
  • Support Groups & Caregiver Support
  • ISR Connects
  • Medical Equipment Lending Library, and more
