Hilltop House is committed to providing our senior residents with quality affordable housing in a safe, welcoming community. We strive to make a difference by presenting opportunities that foster mutual respect and promote an active, meaningful lifestyle.

Description

Hilltop House is an equal opportunity facility that provides housing to low-income individuals 62 years of age and older. The majority of our residents receive subsidies through HUD and SHA. We are located on First Hill, in the heart of Seattle. Your donation will help support programs and activities for residents and the on-going sustainability of Hilltop House as it pursues its mission.

Hilltop House is a thriving community of interesting residents, engaged staff, and a caring Board of Trustees.
