Hello Life Eating Disorder Recovery Services provides free, equitable, accessible, and dignified pathways to eating disorder recovery and positive body image in Southwest Washington.

We are a peer-led nonprofit built on lived experience with eating disorders and body image struggles. All services are free and available to anyone who self-identifies as needing support.

• One-on-one peer mentorship & advocacy

• Financial assistance for low-income individuals

• Body-positive education & community outreach

• Awareness campaigns
