Look What We've Won — Together

2026: We passed laws protectinural health care, preserving preventive services, blocking AI misuse in prior authorizations, shielding patients from surprise price hikes, and passing the Millionaire's Tax to fund these protections.

Since 2020: We've lowered costs for insulin, inhalers, and epinephrine auto-injectors; increased cost transparency; and laid the legislative foundation for a publicly funded universal health care system.

Universal Health Care Commission: In 2021 we passed SB 5399, creating the Commission to design a system covering every Washingtonian. We recommended advocates that make up a third of the commission’s 15 members. We've secured nearly $500,000 for critical studies and publish monthly accountability reports to keep the process on track.
