Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity-Spokane brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Our vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

Description

Habitat-Spokane fosters hope, stability, and dignity for families in partnership by addressing the housing shortage in our community. We are an affordable homeownership program, where homeowners work hard to complete the program requirements, including partnership hours and financial literacy classes. They purchase their home, and then pay an affordable mortgage of no more than 30% of their income. Every day we see future Habitat homeowners transformed through this empowerment program.

Habitat for Humanity-Spokane's Homeownership Program is the heart and soul of the organization. The program helps families build strength, stability, and self-reliance through quality, affordable homeownership. Recognition

We partner with community members of Spokane, affordable housing providers, ethnic and minority communities and low-income families to raise the standards of housing.
