World Changers Non-Profit Organization

Our housing program (Trinity Housing Services) is growing beyond our capacity. We are seeking donors and supporters in the community to help us raise the funds needed to obtain two more houses (one for men, and one for women) for those re-entering the community. Our program provides the wrap-a-round services needed to made a smooth transition back into the community. We assist in providing furniture for those that move into phase 2 ( moving into their own home) and for those looking to go a step further we provide services to assist our clients in purchasing a home. We need your help to be a help to those coming back into our communities
