Mission

Futurewise works throughout Washington State to encourage healthy, equitable and opportunity-rich communities and to protect our most valuable farmlands, forests and water resources through wise land-use policies and practices.

Description

Futurewise works to advance livable communities while protecting Washington's most valuable natural resources. We collaborate strategically with legislators, government staff, community-based nonprofits, Washington residents and Futurewise members to develop smart policy and advocate for responsible growth management. We work statewide with offices in Seattle, Spokane, the Tri-Cities and Port Angeles to create a livable and dynamic future for Washington.
