Mission

The Flower Feline Sanctuary mission changed in 2025, after losing our cofounder, my mother Geri Erb, in 2023. We wanted to restructure our organization to continue my mother's legacy, while building community among rescuers. Flower Feline Sanctuary now offers figurative “sanctuary” through crucial funding for the small organizations with “boots on the ground.” We encourage small rescues to apply for micro grants. This funding can help with spay/neuter costs and extraordinary medical expenses for individual kitties, so they can be adopted or comfortably live out their life in a feral colony.

Description

Flower Feline Sanctuary cares for 25+ senior, unsocialized, and special needs kitties who call the sanctuary home. Because the number of kitties we can physically care for is limited, we are excited to be able to help more kitties through our grants. Our board vets each nonprofit we grant funds to - these rescues work hard to save abandoned and neglected kitties, and those facing certain death in high kill shelters without foster programs. The rescues we support offer medical care, freedom from constant reproducing, and the opportunity to find a real home. Join us in making the world better for cats.
