Educating Her

Educating girls and Promoting Equal opportunity is our bold and holistic effort to reduce poverty in this World. Educating Girl/Her has important consequences for global poverty reduction. Each additional year of schooling can raise a girl’s future earning power by up to 20%. There is also a strong intergenerational impact because an educated woman is more likely to send her own children to school, thus helping to break down the poverty trap that keeps so many families destitute from one generation to the next.

Our goals is to ensure that girls do not suffer disproportionately in poor and vulnerable households—especially during times of crisis—and advancing skills and job opportunities for adolescent girls and young women. In addition, it covers financing and analytical work in support of ending child marriage, removing financial barriers that keep girls out of school, improving access to reproductive health services, and preventing gender-based violence.

Educating Her is leading these efforts by working with passionate organizations across countries to design programs that promote Girls Education and equal opportunity with Inclusion
