Communities in Schools of North Central Washington

Communities In Schools of North Central Washington (CISNCW) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students to stay in school and achieve in life. Operating directly within 15 schools across Manson, Moses Lake, Orondo, Palisades Waterville, and Wenatchee School Districts, CISNCW connects students to a network of support, including caring adults and community resources. 

Through a comprehensive model, CISNCW addresses both academic and non-academic barriers to student success.Services include individualized support such as academic assistance, basic needs provision, mental health services, and college and career preparation. Additionally, school-wide programs like bully prevention and after-school enrichment activities are offered to foster a positive school environment.
