Mission

Cascadia Climate Action fills the gap existing between concern about climate change and the action needed to stop it. We provide tools and resources for anyone to become more informed, involved and engaged in addressing this urgent global problem, while also having fun, learning, and building community.

Description

Increased public awareness, involvement, and action on climate change is fostered with easily accessible tools for anyone to find a event, group, or action that fits their time, interests, and skills. Our tools include an calendar of aggregated climate events, a monthly newsletter highlighting upcoming events, a website of resources, and our own "Climate Science on Tap" panel discussions at neighborhood brew pubs where diverse individuals can learn, build connections, and enjoy a discussion around the tables over a beer.
