The mission of the Foundation for Vision Therapy Awareness is to brighten the future of individuals affected by vision disorders that can be treated and cured with Vision Therapy by advancing community understanding, advocating, and ensuring help is accessible to everyone.

"Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others"~Jonathan Swift

We cannot see through other people's eyes.  More than philosophical, this is literally true as well.  We often have no way of knowing if a person has vision that is doubling, blurring, or making them uncomfortable.  What we know is that a significant percentage of the population have undetected vision problems that are keeping them from their potential; their hopes and dreams.

The Foundation for Vision Therapy Awareness emerged from a desire to shed light on these often undected life-altering vision problems that can be treated or cured by vision therapy.  Established in 2011, our foundation is driven to raise awareness, advocate for better access to care, and ensure that no one has to suffer with these vision problems alone.
