Bell Tower Counseling

Bell Tower Counseling was founded in 2021 in order to provide evidence-based and biblically-sound counseling services to those in need of mental health support in Ballard, Seattle, and across the state of Washington. Bell Tower Counseling is an independent, non-profit counseling center committed to providing counseling care for the mental, emotional, and spiritual health of those in the Puget Sound Region that is affordable and accessible to all.

In late 2020, our organizing team identified a high level of need for competent counseling services in our region that provided flexibility so that people could afford counseling and access it in a sustainable way. We began with one counselor on our staff and have grown to become a team of clinicians with a variety of specialities and areas of expertise in our approach to care. We have provided thousands of hours of counseling care to individuals, couples, families, and groups both in-person at our offices in Ballard as well as via telehealth. This has allowed us to deliver high quality services to people in need across our region and throughout Washington state, including areas that have limited access to counselors in their localities. 

We are committed to providing affordable counseling by fundraising for need-based counseling scholarships from individual donors and partners. We are equally committed to ensuring a consistent and livable wage for our clinicians in order to maintain the highest quality of care for those who come to us for counseling services. Our vision is to see individuals and families throughout our region experience hope and healing in their lives and relationships that makes a lasting difference for themselves and their communities.
