Our Mission

Baseball Beyond Borders (BBB) empowers student-athletes from historically underrepresented communities to turn their passion into pathways for success through mentorship, life skills development, and access to opportunities that support academic achievement, leadership, and long-term growth.

Who We Are

BBB is a youth development organization that uses baseball and softball as a vehicle to support student-athletes on and off the field. We work alongside young people and their families, providing consistent mentorship, structure, and access to opportunities that support their growth over time.

Our focus is on leadership development, community, and creating pathways that expand what’s possible for young people.

Our Approach

We use sport as an entry point, but our model is rooted in relationship, consistency, and growth.

Through mentorship, coaching, and structured programming, student-athletes build critical skills that carry into every part of their lives. This includes leadership development, executive functioning, financial literacy, and health and wellness.

Our coaches are not just instructors. They are trusted mentors who create environments where young people feel seen, supported, and challenged to grow.

Why It Matters

Too many young people face barriers that limit access to sports, mentorship, and opportunity. BBB works to remove those barriers while also creating spaces where youth can build confidence, develop their voice, and see what is possible for their future.
