Building a Permanent Home for PAX Learning Center
At PAX Learning Center, we believe that real, lasting change begins with strong foundations. Our work—centered on GED and Spanish GED instruction—helps individuals who have been left out of traditional education systems grow roots in knowledge, confidence, and community.
This year’s theme, “Deep Roots, Strong Futures,” speaks to our commitment to planting lasting seeds of opportunity in the lives of our students. For many, earning a GED is more than a credential—it’s a turning point. It's the first step toward better jobs, higher education, and breaking cycles of poverty. We provide the personalized support, welcoming environment, and encouragement that helps learners of all ages succeed—on their terms, in their language, and at their own pace.
Deep Roots in Education
Through our GED and Spanish GED programs, students are not only building academic skills—they’re reconnecting with their potential. With a student-to-tutor ratio of 3 to 1, we ensure each person receives the attention they deserve to overcome barriers and reach their goals.
Deep Roots in Community
Our classes are spaces of transformation and connection. Students form relationships with peers and mentors, gaining not just knowledge but a sense of belonging. We are growing a supportive learning community where everyone is valued—regardless of age, background, or previous experience.
Strong Futures Ahead
Now, it’s time for us to grow further. We are launching a campaign to purchase a permanent home for PAX Learning Center. A building of our own will allow us to expand our reach, increase stability, and ensure that future generations of students have a safe and reliable place to learn and grow.
