A Christmas in July Miracle: Supporting Jane's House Child Development Center
It was the peak of summer, the sun casting its golden glow over the city of Yakima, but at Jane's House Child Development Center, the spirit of Christmas was in the air. The joyful sounds of children playing, learning, and growing filled the halls, a testament to the incredible work happening within these walls every day. Jane's House, an integral part of Easterseals Washington, provides a nurturing environment for children of all abilities, helping them reach their full potential.
Despite the successes, Jane's House faces challenges. The need for updated learning materials, specialized equipment, and resources for sensory activities is ever-present. The maintenance of a safe and enriching environment requires continuous effort and funding. That’s where our community can make a difference.
