The Business Case for Hiring is a storytelling initiative that brings together employers and employees with disabilities to share real‑world experiences of inclusive hiring in action. Through professionally produced interviews and short videos, this project highlights how disability inclusion improves retention, strengthens workplace culture, and helps businesses adapt to the future of work.
These stories are led by people with disabilities and employer partners and are designed to be practical tools which employers can watch, share, and use. Rather than focusing on charity, this campaign centers on return on investment, talent strategy, and business impact.
