Women are still underrepresented in STEM fields not because of a lack of talent, but because of limited access to mentorship, networks, and opportunities.
Our mentoring program is designed to change that.
We connect underserved, underrepresented girls with experienced professionals in STEM who provide guidance, career insight, and encouragement. Whether someone is just starting out or transitioning into a STEM field, mentorship can make the difference between feeling stuck and moving forward.
