Our Mission and Vision

QLaw Foundation is dedicated to promoting the dignity and respect of 2SLGBTQIA+ Washingtonians within the legal system. We envision a world where no person faces additional barriers to authentic living, access to justice, or equality before the law because of their queer identity. We work to dismantle the systemic hurdles that disproportionately affect our neighbors.

Direct Services and Support 

From our 2SLGBTQIA+ Legal Clinic to our Peer Navigator program, we provide essential resources for those navigating complex legal hurdles. Since our founding, we have grown from a volunteer-run clinic to a robust organization offering free attorney consultations, a statewide referral network, and specialized community resources. Whether it’s helping a neighbor secure legal name changes or providing guidance on civil rights, our services are built by and for our community.
