Every day, pets and families in Okanogan County face challenges accessing the care they need.
There is no county animal shelter.
No county animal control services.
And limited access to affordable veterinary care.
While a few small rescues serve the region, the need far exceeds available resources.
Team Okanogan Animal Rescue (TOAR) is changing that.
We provide access to free veterinary care and critical safety-net programs that reduce overpopulation and help pets stay healthy and with their families.
Each year, we serve more than 3,000 animals and support over 2,000 families across Okanogan County.
