Our Story

Founded in 2009, RAZAMOR was born out of a deep recognition that individuals leaving incarceration often face overwhelming barriers with little support. Many return to their communities with minimal financial resources, limited access to housing, and few opportunities to rebuild their lives. RAZAMOR was created to meet this critical need, offering not just services, but a compassionate community that believes in second chances.

From its earliest days, RAZAMOR has focused on walking alongside individuals during one of the most vulnerable transitions of their lives. The organization provides essential support such as food assistance, help obtaining identification, and connections to housing and employment resources. By addressing these immediate needs, RAZAMOR helps create a foundation for long-term stability and independence.

What makes RAZAMOR unique is its holistic, relationship-centered approach. By partnering with local agencies, correctional institutions, and community organizations, RAZAMOR ensures that each person receives coordinated, wraparound care.
