Timber River Connections

Our mission is to meet the needs of older adults by providing direct services and access to resources through community engagement and partnerships.

We have a vision of older adults in Lewis County who are physically and mentally active in our communities, have their nutritional needs met and are thriving in their own homes.

Timber River Connections (TRC) provides the following services in partnership with the Older American's Act and Washington State:

• Congregate Dining at 6 locations county wide 
• Home Delivered Meals throughout Lewis County 
• Long Term Care Ombudsman

TRC has partnered with WA State Office of the Insurance Commissioner to bring the State Health Insurance Benefits Advisor program to Lewis County. 

TRC has also developed the following programs within the organization

• Timber River Cupboard- Providing food pantries at all of our locations for our older adults. 
• 5 full time Senior Centers that provide activities such as exercise, classes, artisan and support groups. 
• TRC Resource Fairs - bringing resources to all corners of the county.
