$5,000 Goal

The Gray Muzzle Project is a grass roots  dog sanctuary with a mission to provide forever homes and hospice veterinary care to special needs senior dogs from area shelters and rescues.

Founded in 2025, the Gray Muzzle Project now has 6 permanent residents.  The canine pack has medical concerns including arthritis, liver disease, cancer, and chronic respiratory disease, all receiving integrative hospice care from the onsite veterinarian, Dr. Jamie.

In the coming years the Gray Muzzle Project hopes to expand care to serve more dogs and continue to improve their sanctuary facility - ensuring each dog has safe forever home- for however much time they have.
