GiveBIG Fund

Since 2011, GiveBIG has raised more than $200 million for thousands of nonprofit organizations across Washington State. Of that, $90+ million has been raised since 501 Commons became the steward of this giving event in 2019.

This annual statewide fundraising campaign invites individuals and organizations to come together across Washington to invest in our communities. When we give, we take a proactive step towards creating the society we want to live in. Every spring, the excitement for GiveBIG builds through word-of-mouth marketing, social media, and an extensive multimedia promotional campaign.

When you donate to the GiveBIG Fund, you’re making a bold investment in our future. Every dollar we receive allows the Washington Gives platform to remain a valuable community resource for 20,000+ donors. The administrative and promotional costs of GiveBIG and GivingTuesday are partially covered by the participation and donation processing fees. However, we need your support to ensure this platform can continue to be a dynamic place that connects nonprofits doing great work in our region with generous people who are passionate about their missions.
