Bridge of Promise

Bridge of Promise exists to make sure that when school ends, belonging doesn’t. For many adults with developmental disabilities, aging out of the school system at 22 can mean losing daily structure, friendships, and a sense of connection. Bridge of Promise was created so that doesn’t happen. Everyone deserves a place to go, people who know and care about them, and days filled with fun, purpose, and belonging—and that’s exactly what this community provides.

Through community-based day programs for adults 22 and older, Bridge of Promise creates space for friendship, growth, and meaningful recreation. Participants build life skills, gain confidence, and share real moments of joy and fun together—from trying new things to simply spending time with friends. It’s not just a program people show up to—it’s a community where people are known, supported, and truly feel like they belong.
