A decade in, SPIN's mission remains the same—empower the next generation with the skills, confidence, and curiosity to shape their futures.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve reached thousands of students through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world experiences that make STEM tangible and inspiring. And we’re just getting started.

Right now, two of our most critical programs need your support.

SPIN Forward is a program for girls and gender-expansive youth of color in middle and high school. Students work alongside mentors of color, go on field days, and present a Capstone project — many for the first time seeing themselves as STEM leaders.

SPIN Fellows takes those students further. As high school seniors, Forward alumni receive individualized college and career coaching, mentorship, and real internship access — the high-touch support that turns potential into a pathway.
