Mission

Communities Rise fosters movements to build power in communities impacted by systemic oppression. To create an equitable system, we pursue cross-sector collaboration, and provide capacity building and legal services for community organizations and small businesses.

Description

Communities Rise provides capacity building, technical assistance, legal services, and sector support programs to build vital capacity in BIPOC-led organizations. Our approach at Communities Rise puts our clients first by honoring their knowledge and working collaboratively to build skills, capacity, and power. Together, we can create a more equitable Washington state where every community can realize its fullest potential.
