As a nationally accredited nonprofit early childhood education center, we believe that every child deserves access to high quality education, regardless of their circumstances. Since our founding in 1981, we have grown from a small cooperative into a cornerstone of the South Whidbey community, committed to providing accessible early learning opportunities. Over 40 percent of the families we serve receive financial aid, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to a strong educational foundation.

Guided by the research backed HighScope curriculum, we foster active learning, exploration, and problem solving, helping children develop critical thinking and social emotional skills that last a lifetime. We believe that each child is unique, with their own strengths, challenges, and interests. By partnering with families, we create an enriching experience that builds self confidence, curiosity, and compassion. Parents and guardians are a child's first and most important teachers, and we work collaboratively to build a strong, supportive community around every child.
