Soul Showers

Soul Showers (Showers of Unconditional Love!) is a faith-based group of volunteers dedicated to serving the most vulnerable and least recognized citizens: the homeless, the working poor, and those living in humiliating poverty. We are called to this work to share the love of Jesus by meeting the most basic of needs — hygiene by providing personal care and first aid items (Showers coming soon!); improved health through cleanliness; nourishment through food and meal services; clean clothes through clothing donations and laundry services; relationships through peer support and advocacy, restoration of self-worth and sustainability, and renewal within personal realationships.

Our immediate needs include monthly outreach expenses, the purchase of a shower trailer, and obtaining a lease for a permanent location. 

Pre-Shower Trailer (CURRENT Outreach)

- Monthly Outreach providing a Hot Meal, Sack Lunches, and Healthy Snacks

- Hygiene, First Aid, and Personal Care Products

- Clean Underclothes and Essential Clothing, Shoes etc.

- Resource and support services (peer support)

Post-Shower Trailer (MAIN GOAL)

- Mobile Showers for our Homeless Community; Individuals, Families, and the Disabled

In the Future (VISION)

- Mobile laundry as we add trailers to our fleet!

- Mobile Grooming Services such as haircuts or shaves

- Mobile Resource Center to Help Guest Navigate Much Needed Services and Benefits
