Awesome Consulting & Educational Services (ACES) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening individuals, schools, and communities through innovative, relationship-centered practices. At our core, we believe that lasting change happens when people feel seen, valued, and connected.

Through consulting, coaching, and hands-on professional development, ACES supports educators, leaders, and organizations in implementing Appreciative Inquiry, restorative practices, and proactive (Tier 1) behavioral strategies that build positive cultures, reduce discipline disparities, and improve outcomes for all. Our work focuses on shifting systems from reactive to proactive—helping communities move from surviving to thriving.

Mindful Flight, Stronger You is a signature program under ACES that brings this mission to life in a unique and powerful way. By blending disc golf, social-emotional learning, and relationship-centered experiences, we create opportunities for youth, families, and individuals to reconnect—with themselves, with others, and with a sense of belonging.

We don’t just talk about growth—we design experiences that make it real.

Through school partnerships, community events, and outdoor learning experiences, Mindful Flight helps participants build confidence, resilience, and emotional awareness while fostering joy and connection in accessible, meaningful ways.
